Yes you can come into our showroom, we have cash & eftpos available, just double check you come visit us during our showroom trading hours (here)
Simply go to our shop now tab, add your items to the shopping cart, checkout & fill out your shipping details & proceed to make payment.
We only accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express, you do NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase with us.
No you do not need to register with PayPal, you can simply enter your credit/debit card details in PayPal's payment gateway.
Platinum Potions NEVER has access to your credit/debit card information, this is between you and our payment providers (PayPal). In addition our website is protected with a SSL Secure Sockets Layer which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.
Yes you can, but you must contact us via email ASAP, however if we have already shipped your order out it is too late to change it up.
Unfortunately if we do someone here will get docked, so our answer remains a no, LOL!
When you go to the checkout page we have a box that has the text "Enter your Coupon code", simply enter the code & click save & the discount will be applied to your order.
Do note: Our discount codes are case sensitive.
