Platinum Potions Pty Ltd or any of its directors and/or workers, stockists shall not be held responsible for damage caused to you, your vehicle, vehicles you are working on or damage to your property or another party's property, caused by the inappropriate or incorrect use of products purchased from us. You must read and follow the instructions on our product labels carefully or contact us for advice if you are unsure.

Platinum Potions PTY LTD will not be held liable for any claim, compensation, demand, property damage, loss, injury, disease and or/death due to improper and/or accidental spillage and/or usage.

Refund/Return Policy

We happily accept refunds for goods that are damaged in transit, deemed faulty or you have a change of mind within 14 days (goods must not be used & must be in a re-sellable condition for change of mind refunds). Please note we are unable to refund any postage costs, nor can our stockists refund you any postage costs.

Indemnity

You agree and hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless Platinum Potions Pty Ltd: the director and CEO of Platinum Potions Pty Ltd, all of its affiliates, workers, suppliers, agents, contractors and service providers harmless from any and all claims including but not limited to: damage, property damage, compensation, liabilities, actions, demands, law suits, injury/injuries, disease/disease’s, death, loss/losses, attorney’s fees, losses, penalties, fines, expenses and any other legal fees & costs, by any third-party and/or any person/persons due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions and/or if you break/violate any of your local and state laws or the rights of a third-party.

This indemnification includes, without limitation, liability relating to copyright infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, trade mark infringement and breaches of the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to make necessary changes and updates to the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions will be made by us on this page.
