Does Platinum Potions accept refunds?

We do accept refunds for:

- Goods that are damaged in transit.

- Goods that are deemed faulty.

- Change of mind within 14 days, goods must not be used and must be in a re-sellable condition. However we cannot refund and/or refund you for postage costs due to change of mind.
