Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number on the shipment day by 5pm

Due to the high volume of online orders we receive on a daily biases & us being absolutely jammed manufacturing daily, we can no longer offer same day shipping. When you place on online order with us, we require 2-3 business days (excluding long weekends & public holidays) to ship your order out of our headquarters.

If you would like to purchase our Potions rather urgently, we strongly suggest you support & purchase from one of our dealers as some of them offer same day shipping.

Orders under $150, postage cost is calculated at checkout.

Orders over $150 get free shipping.

Signature on delivery can be selected at a cost of $2.95 for orders under $150, otherwise if you order is over $150 sign on delivery can be selected for free.

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by a courier, the transit time until it is delivered to your door varies, transit times are totally out of our control. The average transit times as of November 2021 are below:

• Metropolitan Transit Times (NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & QLD) = 2-15 business days
• Metropolitan Transit Times (WA, NT & TAS) = 5-21 business days
• Country, Rural, Regional & Remote Access Areas Transit Times = 2-5 weeks
