Inhalation: If inhaled remove person from contaminated area to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if not breathing.
Skin Contact: If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. Continue flushing with water until advised to stop by a poisons information centre or a doctor.
Eye Contact: If in eyes, fold eyelids apart and flush continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a poisons information centre, a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes.
If Swallowed: For advice, contact a poisons information centre or a doctor, if swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Ingestion is considered unlikely due to product form.

nano-TECH Quartz AU Pro Coat is a professional-grade, semi-permanent ceramic coating that bonds deeply into the top layer of your clear coat. It is a rather “thick & grabby” coating to apply and buff as it contains real SiO₂ (which cures very fast). If applied, buffed, or installed incorrectly, heavy paint correction may be required as the coating cures to a quartz-like hardness.
To achieve the best results paintwork must be decontaminated, polished and chemically prepped to a reasonable standard, alongside correct application of the ceramic coating, see our guides that explain all this in great detail.
This coating has an extremely short pot life once opened as it is a real silica quartz-based coating, each time you apply the coating onto the applicator pad, you must screw the lid back onto the bottle immediately. If you leave the lid off during coating application, you will have less than 15mins before the coating starts to set and thicken up like honey inside the bottle.
This ceramic coating is designed for gloss automotive paint with a gloss clear coat only. It is NOT suitable for:
• Polycarbonate (e.g., headlights/tail lights).
• Glass.
• Matte or satin finishes.
• Vinyl wraps or PPF (Paint Protection Films), including gloss finishes.
We are currently finalising formulations for these surfaces, as they each require unique chemical compositions.
