Online Orders Processing Times
We require 1-3 business days to pick, pack & organise the courier to pick up from our warehouse.
IE: if you order & pay online on a Friday afternoon, it could be the coming Wednesday until your order is picked up from our warehouse by one of our couriers. Usually we are pretty quick sending out orders within 1-2 business days, though sometimes we are snowed in with online orders & manufacturing where it can take us 3 business days.
Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by a courier, the transit time until it is delivered to your door varies, transit times are totally out of our control. The average transit times as of November 2021 are below:
Metropolitan Transit Times (NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & QLD) = 2-15 business days
Metropolitan Transit Times (WA, NT & TAS) = 5-21 business days
Country, Rural, Regional & Remote Access Areas Transit Times = 2-5 weeks
Delays in Transit
Delays happen & we hate it when they do happen, since covid hit our shores the entire postal/courier industry has seen & is experiencing massive surges in online sales. Please keep in mind that delays in transit are totally out of our control though we do our best to keep an eye on every single shipment & follow-up with every single delay we see. Since November 2021 it is now considered “normal” for some deliveries to be up to 15 business day’s late (on-top of the usual transit times above) – This is totally out of our control.

Shipping costs for orders under $149 are calculated at checkout, the price is calculated based on your location & weight/size of your parcel.
Sign on delivery additional $2.95 for orders under $149, otherwise free for orders over $149.
PO Boxes, GPO Boxes, Locked/Private Bags & Parcel Lockers
We now use Australia Post & can ship to these locations.
For large/bulky deliveries we will split your order into separate shipments if necessary.

Here at Platinum Potions, the boys take great pride in making sure your order contains exactly what you ordered and we take great pride in carefully wrapping each and every bottle just for you to ensure it arrives to you the same way it left us.
We keep things simple here:
Occasionally once in a blue moon your package gets handled un-professionally, we totally understand your frustration (its twice the work for us when this happens). If in the event your package is leaking don’t open it, take a picture, contact us or refuse to accept delivery. Please contact us ASAP with a picture and we will get a new package sent out to you or if you find your triggers are damaged please contact us so we can send you out new triggers ASAP.
If you the consumer choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, you hereby agree and accept our courier partners will leave your package at the shipping address provided by you un-attended, you also agree and hereby accept that if your package shows it has been delivered by our postage provider & network, Platinum Potions Pty Ltd & any of Platinum Potions payment providers can NOT and will NOT be held accountable or liable if your package goes missing/stolen and/or is damaged whilst not in your possession. If you do not agree to this you must select not tick "authority to leave" check box during checkout to be covered for missing/stolen/damaged parcels.
